Terms

What you get

An account, an organization, and whatever your plan allows: a number of linked Macs ("hubs"), a number of people, a private library, and a monthly allowance of AI credits. Pricing is the current list and the figures there come from our own database, so it is never out of date.

What you keep

The shows you make are yours. You can export one at any time as a file the app reads, and you do not need an account or a subscription to open it afterwards.

Shows you add from our catalog are copies. We can change or retire a catalog show; your copy is unaffected.

If you stop paying

A failed payment has seven days of grace. After that the organization goes back to Free. Nothing is deleted. Private items beyond the Free limit are hidden until you upgrade, and shows already on a Mac keep playing — a lapsed card must not break a Sunday morning.

What we will not do

• Create accounts for children, or collect data about them. See children's privacy.
• Sell or share your data with advertisers.
• Use what you build to train a model without asking you first.
• Delete your work because a payment failed.

What we ask of you

• Do not use Flyrail to put abusive, obscene or illegal content on a screen in front of other people. The moderation tools exist to help you; they are not a substitute for an adult in the room.
• Keep your own account secure, and remove people from your organization when they leave it.
• Do not resell access, or run somebody else's organization on your plan.

Ending it

You can cancel at any time from the billing screen and keep access until the period you paid for ends. You can delete your organization, which deletes its shows, its library and its audit log. We keep backups for thirty days, after which a deletion is final even for us.

Changes

When this page changes materially we will tell account owners by email rather than quietly editing it. Ask us about anything here that is unclear — if it is unclear it is our fault.
