Getting started
1. Make an account
Sign up with an email address and a password, or with Google or Apple. You will be asked for your organization's name and country — that is the church, youth group or school, and everything you make belongs to it rather than to you personally. A 14-day Ministry trial starts automatically and needs no card.
2. Build or borrow a show
Open Library. There are three places a show can come from: the shared Catalog, your Organization's published shows, and Mine. Adding a catalog show copies it into your library so you can change every question in it.
What you can edit in the browser today is a show's name, its theme and the details the library filters on. The questions themselves are authored in the Flyrail app on your hub — that is a deliberate limit and the editor says so on the page, because a second authoring screen that could not check its own work would disagree with the Mac's and nothing could say which was right.
3. Install the app on the room's Mac
The game itself runs on one Mac in the room. The download page says exactly what is available; there is no published build yet, so this is the step that is waiting.
4. Link the Mac to your account
The app shows an eight-character code. Sign in here, open Hubs, and type it in. Pairing has its own page.
5. Run it
The Mac puts the game on whatever screen the room has — a TV browser, HDMI, a second monitor. It shows a short code and a QR; people scan it and their phones become players. The host runs the room from their own phone. None of this needs the internet: sync, the catalog and AI do, playing does not.
Invite the rest of the team
Organization → invite by email. An invite lasts seven days, and someone who already has an account joins by clicking it. Roles are owner (billing and admins), admin (people, hubs, library, settings) and member (make and edit shows). Free includes two people; Ministry ten.
